Hi, my name is Erik Brewer, and I run Word Nerd Computing.

Word Nerd may be the dream and effort of one man, but don’t let the small size fool you. I’ve been working in the IT industry for more than ten years and I’m both A+ and ITIL certified (if you don’t know what that is, basically it means I am a registered, stamped and approved, card-carrying computer geek).

I’ve worked on a large variety of hardware and software and am fully equipped to get you back up and running in as short amount of time as possible. Most of all, I provide friendly, knowledgeable service and fair, straightforward pricing. My goal is to make you happy to do business with me and leave you even happier when all is said and done.

You may be asking yourself “Why ‘Word Nerd’?” I chose this name for a few reasons. One: it was available. Two: it rhymes and sounds cute. Three: I moonlight as a novelist. That pretty much sums it up.
